This umbrella is definitely not worth it for luggage use. While it may be pretty and wind-resistant, the UV protection is non-existent. The reinforced construction is still not sturdy enough for travelers, as it easily broke in my suitcase after only one use. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more dependable travel umbrella.

The ugliest umbrella ever. It's terrible. I bought it for a pinup photoshoot and when I opened it I heard a terrible sigh. comes from me Please don't waste your money on this. Consider using garbage bags instead. We'll just go out and get wet, you'll be less embarrassed about makeup running down your face than if you were to use this.

Bought for my wife to go to a multi day music festival. She absolutely loves it. This is now the official dog walking umbrella. The blocking material on the bottom does a great job of keeping out the blazing Southern California sun. It's just the right kind of pretentiousness (sp?) for her tastes and making her happy is my happiest place for me.
