Good for negatives. One trick I always have to remember is to tape the negs to a flat surface, which makes it a lot easier to prevent snagging.

It's not cheap. But it works very well for both 6x4.5 and 6x7 frames. I prefer this option to the specific 6x4.5. Always leave some space so the negatives don't get dirty.
