Easy to use! It's so easy you don't even know that it exists until your customer tells you they love how simple it is to find out what their job will cost them in terms of paper, ink & time spent printing. I can also do my own estimates at any time, instead of waiting for the actual quote from our printer. There are some functions we wish could be automated, but as long as they're there we never have to worry about remembering those things.
