PowerQuote Review

PowerQuote is a great tool to manage our jobs. It has a great interface and is easy to use. It is also very easy to learn and navigate. The customer service is great and they are always on the phone with you if you have any questions. I wish there was a way to have a better interface for the customer to access. It would be great if they could have an option where the customer could access the quote online and then have it sent to them as a pdf. I would highly recommend PowerQuote to anyone who…

The customer service side of this software was great! I had no problems getting help when needed or questions answered via email during normal business hours (MST). However there were times where my emails would go unanswered for days at time because their team wasn't available to answer them until after they closed shop in Mst - just not good if you need support asap!!
