I love how easy it was for our staff to take surveys from clients as well as their customers during installation of new equipment or when they are working in areas where there wasn't anyone around prior. It's also nice because we can see who has been using what items within different departments such at customer service/installations which helps us determine better training needs etc so overall great program!! The ability to create multiple templates for different types of printing projects makes this program very useful. It's easy to use and navigate. I like how you can easily add your own text or graphics into each template as well. You cannot customize the color scheme too much; it looks pretty basic. This isn't an issue if you are just starting with this product but once you have used other programs more complex than this one, you will appreciate being able to make changes to colors. If you are…

I like working with everyone- it's really easy for me because when I'm doing business and having meetings in different time zones or at night, they're always quick to give feedback and take action! I also love how fast we move and get things done during my day here in San Francisco, but still be able to work around the world (London, Tokyo, etc) at other times of our lives without being tied down by someone waiting on us.
