I like working with everyone- it's really easy for me because when I'm doing business and having meetings in different time zones or at night, they're always quick to give feedback and take action! I also love how fast we move and get things done during my day here in San Francisco, but still be able to work around the world (London, Tokyo, etc) at other times of our lives without being tied down by someone waiting on us. Some parts can use some improvement, there could easily be more templates/samples that are available so you know what everything should look like upon sending them to customers who may have never created reports using your app. But overall - definitely worth trying. We wanted something simple and intuitive, that would allow us to keep our customer communication simple while managing orders internally and externally.- The customer reports section is where I find myself spending most of my time throughout my workday. It helps make sure everything lines up for the report as needed vs making changes during submission (which messes up production). Also, it makes organizing jobs into "to do", "done" status easier. I like how easy it is for small-sized businesses to use and customize. It has all of your account information in one place which makes life easier! I dislike how slow the system can be - especially when working with larger files or multiple customers. This seems to happen more frequently as we grow. Have patience! The ease of sending emails and tracking projects is worth the wait. We're able to manage our customer's printing needs without having to get in contact with them directly.
