Review on PowerQuote by Ahmed Jackson

The customer service side of this software was great! I had no problems getting help when needed or questions answered via email during normal business hours (MST). However there were times where my emails would go unanswered for days at time because their team wasn't available to answer them until after they closed shop in Mst - just not good if you need support asap!! They have also made some changes recently which means it's harder than ever before trying out new features without any live training/support from an expert user first hand so be prepared for issues along those lines too. We've been able use our old PSA files seamlessly into powerquote now saving us thousands over what we used previously using other solutions. I like that it has a lot of the tools I need. I like that I can customize my reports and use them for many different purposes. There are a lot of things I dislike, but I can't think of many right now. If you are using the software for a long time, I highly recommend it. I use it for all of my projects and it works very well. I can't think of many things that I dislike about it. It is easy to use and helps me with almost every aspect of my job.
