Great tool for centralized control over multi-platform user access

I work with this product daily, it is very easy to use; great support team when needed! The UI can be improved but there's nothing that really stands out as being bad about using privacaeroa in our organization (we're an IT service provider). We are able fix problems quickly thanks to their excellent customer care department which works directly from Portugal - they always answer my emails within minutes or hours of sending them!! Privacera is an excellent platform to secure your data. The tool has a very intuitive user interface that makes it easy to manage both the permissions and access rights of your users. It also features a robust audit trail, which helps in tracking down any unauthorized changes made by users. I have not found anything negative about this software so far.
