I work with this product daily, it is very easy to use; great support team when needed! The UI can be improved but there's nothing that really stands out as being bad about using privacaeroa in our organization (we're an IT service provider). We are able fix problems quickly thanks to their excellent customer care department which works directly from Portugal - they always answer my emails within minutes or hours of sending them!! We are using this product to ensure secure management of our customer data. It is very easy to use, but I could not find any inbuilt module to handle data security. I would suggest that they should enhance their product with an integration between Privacera and other tools like Azure AD, Okta etc. So we can manage all our customer data in one place. I am currently managing my organization's Customer Data through Privacera.
