These pills (which take 20-30 minutes to dissolve) taste downright disgusting at first, but if you go ahead and let them change the bacterial environment in your mouth, you will inside notice a change in their taste and the taste of your mouth in general after 3 days (for me). When I'm stressed or don't eat well for a while I get an imbalance of bacteria in my mouth and with it lots of painful sores. This oral probiotic with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide has really helped me prevent and resolve this issue.
