UPDATE: I've had this pillow for 4 years now and have loaned it to at least 5 clumsy relatives and friends. The pillow is as durable and useful as new. I was recently the proud owner of a severe broken tibia and required surgery. As you can imagine, it was uncomfortable to say the least. I had two surgeries recently; first a knee split replacement on the right knee where I had no leg brace and a knee split replacement plus anterior cruciate ligament graft on the left knee where I had a leg brace. I used traditional pads and pillows for my right knee and a ProCare foot brace for my left knee. I can say with confidence that the ProCare foot brace has significantly reduced swelling and pain.
