Not sure which one it looked at, but the one I got just didn't line up. I may have received a defective case but I would not recommend this product. I bought it last July (7 months ago), installed it correctly as far as I can tell (no loose or loose anywhere) and after only 2 months it started cracking at the corners. I bought this case for my MacBook Pro 2019 and it's great! Slim, smooth, shiny and a perfect fit. (I also bought a similar but slightly different cover for my wife's 2019 MacBook Air.) I'll admit that I read the instructions (!) and made sure to align the cover correctly when attaching the cover, but once installed it works like a dream. I wish I had seen the frost crystal instead of the shiny one I bought but other than that the case fits perfectly. I really wonder what kind of protection it offers since it's just a regular hard case, although scratches on the MBP are the least of my worries to be honest. For some reason, I absolutely can't get the silicone button cover to fit properly, no matter how many times I try. The case is really soft, slightly "rubberized" which I like. It fits fairly well and, as mentioned, doesn't protect the two rear corners very well (this is by design, allowing the screen to tilt all the way back).
