Waste of Money: Disappointing Cerulean Dye

This dye was a big let-down for my Arts and Crafts project. The color came out dull and uneven, even after following the instructions. Through trial and error, I found that even adding more dye wouldn`t do much to improve the color .The only positive is that it did not bleed much during the wash. Overall, a waste of money..

Pros
  • Did not bleed much during wash
Cons
  • Dull and uneven color, not worth the cost

Vibrant Blue for Stunning Results!

Based on my experience this dye is a must-have for any arts and crafts enthusiast .It produces a beautiful cerulean blue that is perfect for a variety of fabric decorating projects. The color is vibrant and long-lasting, which is a huge plus. However, it can be a bit tricky to work with at first, so make sure to follow the instructions carefully. Overall, this dye is a great addition to any crafter's collection..

Pros
  • Vibrant and long-lasting color
Cons
  • Requires some level of experience in dyeing to get desired results

Not a true full strength cerulean.

Non-genuine product. Production of the dye Cerulean Procion has been discontinued due to lack of pigment. I was hoping to get some and the price seemed reasonable given the scarcity. When I opened the container, I immediately noticed that the powder didn't look like it should. Powder from my valued stock supplier on the left, this one on the right. It looks like fillers have been added, and the label on the back is from a 2/3-ounce can, although it has an additional 8-ounce label. You can see…

Pros
  • Long lasting color
Cons
  • boring packaging
