Great price, good lighting renovation, easy installation

All the lamps in my 14-year-old son's house were rusty due to humidity in the kitchen and bathroom, so we updated them all to these after painting at home . Doesn't matter! They look great with LED fluorescent lights! My son and I just installed them but we had to remove the included springs and use the ones already in the jars. Once we figured that out, everything went smoothly. :)

It takes a little effort to fit them to BR30 bulbs.

The quality is pretty good. The problem is that they don't fit properly when you use them with Philips BR30 bulbs. You'll need to take a pair of pliers and pull back most of the edges to widen the hole for the BR30 to fit properly. What should you pay attention to if you want to buy these for BR30 lamps. It's doable and the end result isn't bad, but it's a big problem and sizing had to be done as BR30 bulbs are designed to fit this hole.

For the price they work well

These work well. However, they are cheap thin metal. I actually had to bend back a bit to shape the flange that is on the outside of the drywall. Once installed they work just as well as the more expensive ones I bought at a big hardware store. I need them because I've recently switched from HUE and am using regular incandescent bulbs instead of spotlights and they work great for that. There is no big hole that would normally be covered with headlights. IF YOU DON'T HAVE C-CLAMPS on glasses…

They are a little flimsy and can accidentally bend around the edges if care is not taken during installation. Installation isn't difficult, but it can be a little difficult to fit the spring-loaded arms into the outer body of the light with big hands. It's not easy to see or get the required workspace. Sometimes the spring arms themselves can also detach/detach from the mount. You can get away with it without much experience. I've installed over 100 of them and may have only had issues with…

Would buy again. - Electrical

I recently installed 25 of these devices in my home (13 downstairs, 12 upstairs). All but one fit perfectly on the first try and I still haven't figured out what the real problem is, the fairing or the can. I like that they are metal as most are plastic and more expensive, they feel solid and fit very well and evenly. I love how you can attach the glass base to the fairing so your headlights are in the center of the glass/fairing and not crooked. how they looked. I switched to the warm glowing…
