I like how it can be used in conjunction with other tools to help keep track of projects for different teams or departments. The ease to manage my projects in one place. I can easily see which project is assigned to me as well as who has worked on it before. It's very easy for customers or colleagues to comment about changes they'd like made without having to email them individually. Sometimes when you are working remotely from home there is no way to know if someone else opened your file while you were away so sometimes files get lost but this isn't always an issue since we have version control set up properly.…

It's very easy to use for anyone who has basic knowledge about Microsoft Office Excel or Google Docs as it allows you to create templates which can be used by multiple users in your organization without having any issues like duplicating data etc..
