I highly doubted they would fit and be comfortable. Well they are. Easily remove old ones and install new ones. The included tool with these pads is a REALLY nice touch. Very comfortable, no scratches on the pads, sores on my hands or anything like that I had when replacing the pads with other headphones I had. If you need her, take her. Throw away the old warnings.
