Manufacturing defect completely broken

I bought 2 pieces for almost 1600โ‚ฌ, after 3 months they were completely broken. But Revain and manufacturing have not responded to a refund or replacement. Just don't buy this item. I will continue consumer complaints.

Good product but legs are broken when opening

Works very well but when I opened the box one of the front legs was broken and there was white powder or soup in the product. I don't know what it was, but it wasn't fun to discover it had no legs. When I tried to see how it was put together, I unscrewed the other one and couldn't screw it back on. I bought it again and the legs broke again

Great for brewing. best in interior

Great for brewing! It was exactly what I was looking for. It's 240v 20 amps and has Canadian electrical safety ratings (unlike some of those induction torches which don't have safety ratings as far as I can tell). I've seen some other reviewers get confused by the fork. This system uses a standard plug used in US 240V, 20A outlets. Make sure you have the correct output. I recommend plugging it into a dedicated 240V 20A circuit with AFCI and a bubble cap for spills. The device is made ofโ€ฆ

Works, gives good performance but not a very good device

Runs and delivers plenty of power. But the controls aren't that convenient - for example, the power level resets to the maximum every time you turn the device off/on and when you switch to temporary mode and back. It's also quite noisy. All in all, the Vollrath Mirage Pro doesn't even come close to the performance of the Vollrath Mirage Pro - not only in terms of precise temperature control, but also in terms of general use. I'll probably keep it to myself. I love induction and will soon beโ€ฆ
