Make sure you order the right size. In most cases, 60 mm (approx. 2 1/2 inches) is required. 25mm is just a protrusion (about 1 inch). Plus, to install, all you have to do is wrap the brace around the stem and TWIST/SCREW the bracket. Stupidly I figured I would have to clamp the clamp and slide the mount. Fairly original design.
