Great cable. Good length and very light weight. Very easy to roll up and put in my backpack along with my computer/iPad when going to presentations.

The cable is unshielded and made from the lowest quality copper wire. This results in a cable that does not properly transmit video from your device to the monitor without significant visual distortion.

As you can see from their own product image they have thumb screws instead of screw sockets on the socket which means you can't screw it to anything you connect with that end. Both connections have screws, not threaded sockets. I didn't think about it when I bought it but was disappointed with the bug when I started using it. I can see from their product photos for the non-flat VGA extension cable that they get it right for this product but not for this flat product.

I used them to expand the KVM switch. These are the only cables I could find that had all 15 pins. My switch routes USB keyboard and mouse through this extra pin. Works great, now I can place the switch and devices in a different room than the servers.
