Failed first time. Hope the second is better.

I fell in love with this fan because of the clean lines and shiny chrome finish. We ordered it and our electricians professionally installed it. It was a soft whisper at first, and we were very happy with that feature. My husband complained that there wasn't enough light in the bedroom and I agree. This is not what you want your only light source to be. Less than a month after installation, the fan began making progressively louder engine noises during operation and stopped working two days…
