Description of Progressive Suspension 11 1529 14 75 Spring

Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. Improve handling while retaining OEM geometry. A progressive rate spring has the advantage of a rising rate resistance to compression. High quality chrome silicon wire.

Not Worth the Hype good for me

My analysis of this part showed that it failed to live up to my expectations .While it may have improved the handling slightly, it wasn`t significant enough to justify the high price. The biggest issue however, was the installation process, which was more difficult than anticipated..

Pros
  • Slight improvement in handling
Cons
  • Overpriced and difficult installation

Works fine on bike but short spring needs spacers

The springs do what they were bought for, raising the front of a Triumph Rocket III Roadster in the right direction sag area . I was disappointed that the springs were very different lengths: 14-9/16" and 14-13/16", the difference is 1/4". The short spring is almost a warranty case. Spacers for the short spring were made from grinding several thick washers I had.

Pros
  • High quality chrome silicone wire
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
