These are excellent baking sheets

I used this baking sheet to cover the bowls of dough that I wanted to leave to rise. They're heavy enough to stay in for hours and keep the dough warm and moist.

Proofing Bread Won't Stick

I've ruined a few loaves of bread in the past when my "wet towel" stuck to the risen loaf and then lost air trying to remove it. After 4 loaves of varying moisture with this coating the problem seems to have been solved. Seems well done and substantial.

Waste of money for kitchen and dining room

My house does not use the package for our clothes and everything else due to family allergies. So it's easy to smell if something's wrong when it comes inside. That's not what I want to get in my dough. The set was so strong it went through plastic packaging. Another reviewer indicated that it may not contain natural synthetic fibers. I'm not sure but it doesn't have the natural cotton feel. I'm very disappointed, I mean who sends pastry napkins coated with a strange smell, it doesn't make…
