Bought for my 1 year old son who carries a 5.5 toddler. I ordered size 5/6. It turns out too big and bulky. The back strap comes with Velcro. The shoes are very stiff which makes it difficult for my child to take the right steps. He walked and ran 4M and this seems to have set him back in his progress. So I won't do it to them again.

I contacted the seller by email and almost a month later still no reply. I bought 4 pairs of these sneakers. Firstly, I bought 2 pairs of toddlers 7 (twins), they were too big. Bought these for my 4 year old to replace his Nike trainers that he grew up wearing. They looked soft and comfortable online but when we put them on got the same design from them but the shoes are stiff and very stiff they don't stretch much. It's between sizes, doesn't really fit 11 but 12 would be too big so I took 11 in half but it fits like 11.
