Bought on recommendation of my orthopedist. This is the least "old" shoe I could find that offers the stability I need. Unfortunately, they don't help with my corrective insole either - I think it's because the sock is sooooo big, everything slips.

They fit me very well. I had to change them to go from 9xxw to 8xxw as I tend to increase the size because most shoes aren't really wide enough. It was a pleasant surprise for me that my actual size was a perfect fit. I have super wide feet. For reference, my length is 25cm and standing width is 11.5cm, and size 8xxw fits perfectly.

These are the weirdest shoes I've ever worn. They're loose and tight and just plain weird. They might fit if you have a wide ankle but this is the only part I would say they are wide. I tried to give them a chance but my ankle is too dangling and my toes are pinching. The insoles are hard and painful and the soles are stiff and hard.
