Overall decent system and great people behind making sure users get assistance

I like that it has options to customize what we want from our software. We have been able to setup things in ways that are helpful to us as an organization. It's not perfect but is getting better each year! The interface could be more intuitive to someone who does not know how to use this type of program very well. There are so many other programs out there that do similar tasks. This one isn't bad at all though. Great customer service- always willing to help if they can. They will make…
