It looked very cheap. It opened the wrong way. You didn't assemble it correctly. They did a great job putting the picture in, but the locket opens backwards and looks cheap. I am extremely disappointed. If I receive a new one as pictured with the locket opening correctly I will change my review.

The hook didn't work and the piece holding the two halves together fell off. I would have come back but I missed the deadline. Don't waste money on it!

Absolutely beautiful and worth the wait. I got this for my friend's birthday. She just became a grandmother (or whatever she prefers). They cover the photo to keep it safe. So happy with it! When you order it, ask them to include a photo.

Fell apart on hinges (pin fell out) before I could insert photos and gift (up to 6 years old). Save time and money. Buy something else.

I was disappointed to see that the locket was scratched, the personalized message was lasered instead of engraved and will fade over time, plus everything looked like plastic... Very disappointed. Everything advertised made it appear like it was made of high quality, durable stainless steel, engraved and plated with real gold...false advertising.

I love the stainless steel chain because it doesn't tarnish. It's simple but elegant and I can wear it with everything I have.

I was amazed by the position and quality of the photo that was posted in the trailer. The engraved statement "I am always with you" has been accurately placed on the back of the amulet. Beautiful locket at a great price. It arrived earlier than expected. I'm not sure if the "font" is actually lettered or just stamped, but it's very pretty nonetheless. I think it's good that I had the opportunity to insert an image. I attached it to a longer chain but the chain it came on was good. I knew the length of the chain when I ordered so no complaints. I definitely recommend this medallion.

I ordered two of these models for girls aged 8 and 10. They looked very nice and the chains appear to be 18 inches. These two sisters are so cute. Every Sunday morning they meet me at the car to help me get to church and take my seat. I wanted to thank you for being God's little helpers and for helping me get to my place safely. When I gave them the medallions, the smiles on their faces and the light in their eyes was all I needed. I knew I gave them something they would appreciate.
