10 stars. My 15 year old granddaughter lost her paternal grandmother last Christmas. I wanted to post a heart photo of my grandmother and I chose this company. I was amazed by the position and quality of the photo that was posted in the trailer. The engraved statement "I am always with you" has been accurately placed on the back of the amulet. The quality of the metal is the highest, but for a 15-year-old girl losing a necklace is not a big loss. The item was on sale and it was beautiful. My granddaughter cried when she opened the locket.
