Yes, don't hesitate to buy it

It fits my R5 perfectly. The applied screen protector protected during my field test; Wind, sandstorm and even with gloves. After the photo shoot I just wiped it down with a clean rag and the glass looks like nothing happened.

Fits perfectly. You'll never realize it's there. #CanonR5

Perfect for my Canon EOS R5. Easy to level and install. On the main display, it's so thin you won't even notice it. If you put a smaller protective sheet on the top LCD, you'll find it's there. Fits perfectly but rises a bit above the inset LCD. For this reason I removed this protection. I'm less worried about the camera's top display, because there's not much to complain about. #CanonR5

Very Good Perfect Fit

I haven't tested how scratch resistant it is, but it fits my R5 perfectly, both on the back and the top. The back fits so well that you have to adjust it really tightly or it won't fit the screen perfectly. But once adjusted, it fits perfectly. Touch controls work as expected and clarity is pretty good. There's some glare and the surface doesn't shed grease as well as the original, but I can live with that.
