For those who asked about surge protectors - the seller does not answer this question because there is none. So - In terms of extension cords, this is a pretty good extension cord. It is durable and looks well made. Mine seemed to have discoloration around the forks. Almost like something has been plugged in before, but it smells new and seems to work like an extension cord. 3 stars because I bought it for a surge protector and should buy something else.

Yes I was looking for a good value product, I was primarily looking for the connector orientation of this strip for my application. I was very disappointed after getting this but this is the only one that works for my application. The plugs don't make very good contact and are difficult to plug in. This is good value for money that connects all my devices to my workstation. Firstly, it was much larger than I expected and it seems to me that given the space, another outlet could have been added. Replaced an old surge protector power strip. I was looking for one with USB ports to charge my USB devices.
