Great multiple plug! I needed a multiple socket surge protector for the kitchen and living room. I was very happy when they arrived! There is enough space between the 2 sections of 3 connectors and they look great on the wall!

My house almost burned down like many other reviews said this thing is not safe. I only hooked up about 4 pieces and it started smelling like something was on fire. I unplugged it FAST! Glad I did, otherwise my house would disappear and my cats would be dead. UNSURE!

It works as intended and holds up to 6 devices which is great. That. We use it in the kitchen to charge all of my family's devices, and when someone takes the charger off the wall, the whole device usually goes with them. Luckily there's nothing plugged into it that needs to be on all the time, but still an issue.

Plastic tab does not fit standard GFCI socket. Tested both on new socket and on d GFCI socket, same result. In order for it to fit into the socket, you need to break the tab. Otherwise, it's a nice, unobtrusive way to add some space for output. Since electronic pens now have built in surge protectors, I found I could actually use 4 sockets instead of 6, but that's better than 1-2.

It has 6 sockets but I could only use 4. None of the plugged-in cables fit into the neighboring socket. It was also very loosely plugged into the outlet. Also, it doesn't fit into wall mount outlets that stop surges (don't know what they're called). Maybe it's just the outlets in my house, but it just didn't work for me. If you're buying this for 6 extra outlets keep looking - if you only need 4 this might work for you.

I needed a surge protector for our utility closet. However, the outlet is so close to the wall/door frame that no other surge protector will fit. Then I saw this Philips 6 outlet surge protector. The curved design is perfect for awkward outlet placement. And with 900J protection, it's perfect for protecting our Dyson vacuum, drill and charger. Often disable these devices completely. It fits securely into an outlet. Highly recommended.

However, normally few people think about destroying plugs, sockets, etc ) thousands of dollars of electronics can and should be. A renowned quality brand with a rich history, Philips should be a good choice for surge protectors and outlet extenders. Once configured or plugged in, it appears to be working as it should, all connected items are working and the surge protection indicator lights up immediately. Only time will tell, but I can already say that I LOVE the lack of a cord to hide, mess…
