I have dry skin and my fingertips sometimes crack, especially when gardening and especially in cold weather. These are the best fingertip patches I've found. The pack contained different sizes for fingers of different sizes. I use them under my gardening gloves which are pretty easy to put on and take off over these camp beds. They're a little pricey and might not fit in the largest of hands, but they're perfect for my needs.

They are so versatile for so many uses! For the first reason I bought it, I write weirdly when I type fast, with my pinky resting in the middle of my palm, leaving a bruise after a while. I pop one in and voila! Also, I had a pretty bad cut on my other finger the day after I received it! Worked perfectly to cure it! Also, I thought I could use a little extra cushioning on the handles! The material is beautiful! I don't know about longevity, it's only been a week and a half.

I bought these medium to small sized fingertips to apply moisturizer to my fingertips. There is no difference in sleeve size, so both fit the same. Other reviews speak of firmness which I didn't experience but stayed to hold the moisturizer to my fingertips. They fit well but I won't do anything that involves water or hand washing just to make sure the moisturizer stays in place. Good buy and seems to be just what I need.
