One drop Electronics

So I bought two of these for my house. One in my room next to my bed for things I need and want to plug in like my CPAP machine and air purifier. I also have one in my living room. I had something attached to what is in my living room and it was on the top shelf. The niece accidentally tore it off, and although it never fell on the floor, it crashed into the shelf. The top is broken off at the bottom. They broke apart and something inside shifted and wouldn't turn on. I don't know what'sโ€ฆ

Just buy this: Power Strips & Surge Protectors

This is amazing! Now all my electric chords are stacked on top of each other so they don't take up so much space. I don't know if the surge protection function is very good, so I connected it to a heavy-duty surge protector. I would very much like to buy it again, this thing has replaced 3 surge protectors so it's awesome and space saver.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Long Delivery

Great problem solving gadget.

Excellent electrical appliance! There are so many outlets that I can plug in whatever I need, including a computer, charging cable, DVD player, lamp, and there are still a few outlets left to plug in other things. Oh, I don't want to forget the four USB ports. I love this device. I think I'll buy another one!๐Ÿ˜˜

More Space Less Clutter

I bought this unit to replace two surge protectors for my entertainment center. I was able to combine both surge protectors and left room for more. The "levels" rotate and the main power cord tucks away, making it very easy to keep organized. Although the quality of the product may seem unsatisfactory, there is more to it than meets the eye. In the months I've had it there have been quite a few thunderstorms causing power outages and all my electronics are perfectly fine. All in all I wouldโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Expensive

Need a "compact" extension cord and this "power tower" is ideal. The base rotates to stow the cord, which is a decent length. And it's nice that each of the four levels has its own on/off toggle switch. So what's the problem? The bottom layer no longer works. Began to"Pulse". On off. I only had USB devices plugged in (offset lighting for my monitors) and it starts flashing! Yes. Disconnected everything from the bottom layer (usually USB) and tried again, still pulsing. Turned off the entireโ€ฆ

  • Easy maintainability

Complaints about the quality (innards)

I'll try with adapters. Cables aside, it seems lighter than a simple extension cord. I'm afraid the internals won't support many high-end devices like all the components of a quality Media Center++. I'm concerned that too much load will lead to overheating and a potential fire hazard. The wall I want to mount my media components on does not have an electrical outlet. I'll be using a 12 or 10 gauge extension so handle the load. Please read or ask others how many watts, amps, etc. you need andโ€ฆ

Cons
  • silent

Works perfectly. This tower saves space and looks safe.

We kept stepping on our newest power strip, sometimes bending the plugs, sometimes unplugging everything and forcing ourselves to start everything over again. I finally got through with that and started looking for something safe, but it wouldn't hurt. This tower caught my attention. It had all the power outlets I needed plus a couple of USB ports that we don't use but might one day. I liked that it was a vertical device and had a retractable cord. The cord doesn't pull out very easily, butโ€ฆ
