Have been using them for two weeks now and no problems. Installation is pretty easy, lots of videos online for those having trouble. Shifting is much smoother compared to worn bushings. I would recommend anyone with a sloppy shifter to buy these. Can't beat the price

Does the job. I was hoping to take up some free play in my shifter that caused it to move up and down, but it was still loose from side to side. I ended up installing an $18 short travel derailleur and these bushings and it made a world of difference. USE ALL LUBRICANTS. Overdo it or there will be a lot of squeaking until the bushings break.

Purchased to replace worn factory bushings on a '96 Civic with 299,000 miles. I also replaced the shifter with a short-travel Skunk2. difference between day and night. When shifting there is a sharp, sharp, positive feeling. The transition from 2nd to 3rd gear is smooth. Installation was easy. There are a few good videos online that explain the installation, or you can spend $20 on a repair manual so you don't have to go through all the bad ones (lots of bad ones).

Very easy installation. I didn't realize how sloppy my switch was until I installed them. The round hub is nice and stiff compared to the bloated soft/crumbly hub at the end of the shift rod. The long one holding the shifter is comfortable and helps the shifter return to center. From second to first when driving in the parking lot is better.
