Pay attention to the burn through of the weld on the inner upper collar, also pay attention to the alignment of the studs. How long does it take to tighten a few screws and make sure they line up? I will be able to wear this as I was a welder in a past life but the quality control here is poor.

Attach them to my Rebel 500. Very easy to install. You remove one bolt from each side of the bike. Came with everything you need. I can rock the whole bike for safety, so everything is fine. It sticks out far enough to really help, but not enough to be obnoxious like I've seen others do.

It is very easy to assemble except removing the original bolt from the bike frame is very difficult. I ended up using the double wrench technique to take it off. I needed a 14 head and a regular wrench, a 6 and 8mm socket. You'll probably want to get a 6mm hex extension on top.
