One star because it fell apart after a week. I contacted the manufacturer, no response. It works really well when it's not bra=ear. Quality control problems. I have 6 of them

Nice looking but unfortunately this product fell apart pretty quickly. Just gotten out of a junk drawer which prompted me to write a review. 2 pins have failed making it unusable. Too bad because it's a beautiful and ergonomic thing.

Pulltap is a very good tool. The problem with buying online is that the vast majority of them are low quality fakes that look more like the real thing than the original. With the order I got a real pulltap and would recommend it. Much luck!

Make sure you are ordering a genuine Pulltap from Pulltex. There are many fakes and some of them are difficult to distinguish from the real ones. This thing will probably outlive me, and I drink wine every night!

I ordered this product last year and was delighted. It deserves at least four stars. My friends liked it so much I gave it to them right away and just ordered another one knowing it would arrive in two days. But this one is different. The hinge does not enter the cutout when closed, does not open and close smoothly. I'm not sure if it's just a manufacturer error or if they've changed the way it's made, but it's not as smooth and easy anymore. upset.

Used for two weeks and broke. Very disappointed. The spring/clip/pin popped out for no reason. Just average light home use. See photos. I like that he broke Amazon's return policy but expected a higher quality product. I did a little research and it seems I'm not alone. There were two other reviewers on Amazon reporting the exact same issue with a spring pin just popping out.
