Hair should be light blonde 4 full effect

My hair is slightly wet in the photo, dry in places lighter. I love the color but if you want the full effect you need to lighten your hair with SUPER light. My hair is naturally dark brown/black, but with the Manic Panic 30 bleach kit it got quite light in the front, like a yellowish light blonde, and in some places, mainly in the back, it was like a light brown muddy blonde, so they got darker. there.
