I bought these shoes for work (restaurant) and they are great but they are very tight. I originally bought a 9 (I used to buy a 9 for Puma) but had to backorder a 9.5 instead. They're light and flat, which is why I like them as I'm on my feet 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Definitely a good buy with the right size.

So shoemakers juggle size criteria. For the past six months, I've had to return every pair of shoes or boots I've ordered online and order a size up. Strangely, I've worn the same size shoes since high school, and the same size shoes I bought two years ago fit me perfectly. To me it looks like someone is cutting corners to save a few bucks. Maybe I should stop shopping online and force my lazy self to go to a real store.

I wear size 12 shoes of every brand and have had several pairs of Puma and Adidas size 12s. They are tight and hurt my toes. They are very small for a size 12 and will squeeze your feet and toes to the point of pain. I checked local stores and tried on a size 12 - no problem. Size 11 shoes appear to have a size 12 tag sewn on. WRONG SIZE, too small. I am extremely disappointed.
