Disappointed: Bluetooth portable speakers

Product charges well, Bluetooth connection is fine but I can't hear it. The volume slider doesn't do anything, so the volume is at minimum

Great little speaker

Looking for a portable speaker and decided to try the Puma speaker. Hung on my bag and listened to my tunes (at a decent level, may I add) for 18 holes. Sounds great, and the built-in pen is awesome.
