I tried three models of this product before I gave up and switched to a completely different brand. One of them broke the latch/door holding the battery in place. I've never had a good nose hair trimmer. They either don't cut their hair at all, or they pinch their noses, or worse, both. This is anything but ideal. But it doesn't pull, it cuts. Not razor sharp, but good. And a little light so you can see what you're missing is pretty cute too.
