NOTICE *NEW STRENGTH CURE PACKAGING ODOR CHANGE

Just wanted to let others know that although the description doesn't say so, the Strength Cure line has had its fragrance completely changed in the new packaging. I've been using this for a few years and just recently bought some in new packaging and it's completely different. I'm not sure if the formula is different or not, but the smell is definitely different. The color is still pink and about the same consistency. I gave it low ratings because while it's not a bad smell, it's so strong forโ€ฆ

Amazeballs on Shampoo and Conditioner

I have thin hair. Lovely thin thin hair. And chemically treated to boot. And worse, I'm "old". So the perfect trio of problems. When it comes to finding and trying shampoos and conditioners, I look across the block: cheap, expensive, starred, made by leading beauty houses, or sold in stores for 99 cents. I didn't care, I just wanted it to work. Nothing special. IT WORKS OUT. I was not paid to type these words, nor did I receive a free product. I'm posting this just in case someone else has myโ€ฆ

Nourishing shampoo for dry and damaged hair.

I color and highlight my hair every six weeks, so it's important to use a good quality shampoo and conditioner for colored hair. It keeps my hair color between visits and keeps my hair from drying out. I live in Colorado, where it's SO dry, so that's very important. I highly recommend it. Expensive but you only need to use a small amount.

The holy grail of shampoo/conditioner?

Everything. This shampoo/conditioner is legal. First let me say that I have well water, I use heat on my hair and I get highlights in my long thin hair so I have pretty serious damage. That being said (not ready yet), I decided to give it a try after a YouTuber I follow recommended it for my journey to healthier hair. I've used many salon quality shampoos in the past and have never been impressed with the money I've spent on them. My last shampoo purchase was a drugstore brand which I boughtโ€ฆ

I have been using this brand for my colored hair for many years.

I have been using this brand for many years but I use different formulas. My hair is fine and I get gray hairs. I notice that my gray hair is drier, more fragile and I have more breakage compared to my normal hair. So I switched from a hydrate formula to alternate strength and hydration formulas. It works fine, fewer failures. love them both

Pros
  • Good looking
Cons
  • Not effective

I don't feel like this is a pure product

This shampoo has a very strong smell which is very different from when I buy it from Ulta. I have the feeling that this is not really a purely natural product. The licensed store does not have this overly strong scent. It was filled with a cheaper product. In addition, it is very drying, which is not the case with a normal product.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • A bit torn
