This cat litter is great but I will buy elsewhere. Every month it's a day or two late, this time it was over a week, the customer service rep Peter was rude, couldn't figure out why I was angry, I had to back order and for some weird reason I made it through 12 hours. I am looking for a new litter as my favorite Fresh Step Unscented is so hard to find. Unfortunately this is not the case.
