The PurSteam Garment Steamer arrived on time. The included booklet contained good assembly instructions and photos. The steamer contained attachments. After setting it up, I steamed half a dozen men's shirts. I didn't have to fill up. I liked the plastic bag device that helped keep the bag horizontal and straighten the collars without burning yourself. At first glance this item looked great. Out of the box it makes a well-made and well thought-out impression. I put it together and the first thing I noticed was that the clothes clips were incredibly flimsy. Of course, you don't want them to be too strong or they'll damage the fabric of your clothes, but they're literally so weak that anything heavier than a t-shirt will slip right out of them.
