This system was a great addition to my bike. It's easily heard through my exhaust at 70 mph. I found it's not a base but it still sounds ok and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the rubber grommet where the wires enter the amp was a bit loose, so water can get in, but I just sealed it with good high temp silicone and it works great. I definitely recommend this device.

Installation was quite easy, the only problem I had was the connector on the speaker to the wiring harness. I had a feeling it would come loose along the way so I just assembled it. I didn't want to risk it because I installed it in an aftermarket fairing I have on my bike. This is a well balanced system for its size and sound quality. I can hear it perfectly at 75mph, if I had to I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this system, it worked for a month and then it failed. called Pyle Audio and said they couldn't replace it. So I guess you get what you pay for. I will never buy from again. if they cannot guarantee or replace their product. they don't have to sell. I hope someone sends me a new one, but I know that won't happen. don't buy this junk. If you get it right I will change my mindset and star rating

This is a far cry from an 800 watt system. I bought this to replace my 400w Boss system and this Pyle system only produces half the sound. It didn't have the right terminals or connectors, so the store had to cut and secure all the wires. came without a fuse relay, in case it draws too much current it won't melt the fairings. nice noise outside, but at speeds over 45mph you might as well be humming to yourself. They also don't hold the bass at all. I would send them back if I could.

I only used 2 speakers to connect and will use the other 2 as spares. The system is good value for money. Installation is ok if you have little experience with mechanics (never dealt with a T-faucet). My actual problem was installing an amp under the roll bar on my 1994 Roadking. I had to make my own mount to give it a standard look. Plugged the power into the ignition and used the pocket on the windshield to hold the iPhone. I have seen speakers like this on bike tours for a lot more money. I installed 2 speakers on my bike. I haven't installed the other two because I'm not sure where I need them yet. I just recently added engine guards to the bike and am considering installing them there or near the risers. I'm very happy with only two speakers installed and can only imagine how it would sound with four. Worth every penny. I like the thumb control for the volume. I installed them on my 2011 Renegade 800. I love these things. They look great, they're loud! Sounds very good until you turn the volume on your phone to the max. Ears hurt at maximum level!
