First, the photo is wrong; You get 4 "closed" drawers that open from the end. But that's not the worst part; they are significantly inferior to store-bought cotton swabs. Think of an "inexpensive" or "value" version of a reliable product. The chopsticks, despite being paper, bend much more easily than the ones you buy in the store. I have no idea if they are legit or just cheap for Revain or something. .if someone who has been cut in their order would like 3 unopened boxes - just let me know! I

These are classic Q-Tips. They do what they have to do with no problems. Same quality applicator etc. ZERO problems. The ONLY issue I had was the sliding cardboard packaging (NOT the plastic/cardboard packaging in the photo). For my application I prefer (with a full understanding of the environmental impact) plastic packaging to cardboard for more accurate and reliable control of the Q-Tips. I will buy again but wonder if they have a plastic/cardboard option.
