Qanba Q3 Obsidian Arcade Pearl Joystick for PlayStation 4 - Q3-PS4-01E Review

This is my first fightstick and wow what an experience! Besides how cool it looks. I couldn't believe how responsive he was. I would recommend it to anyone who likes fighting games like SFV.

Very nice stick, cable box still loose. There are strange reflective stickers and hot glue on each plexiglass screw (there are 6 pieces), it is recommended to remove them. nothing more to say, it's obsidian but with a noir key layout, nice white finish and brushed aluminum. 5/5

This is the version of Qanba Obsidian which has a Noir layout compared to the Viewlix layout and the stick on this version is farther away from the buttons than obsidian. Very customizable and you can get aluminum plates from Arcadeshock dot com even with engraving for an additional cost or plexiglass plates from Focusattack dot com or you can change the button layout or even make it the layout of all buttons (hitbox). Works on PS3, PS4, PC and PS5 in real PS5 games, not just PS4 games on PS5…

Expensive? Yes, but that's why you're paying for quality and this is a VERY high quality arcade joystick. Comparing the Pearl to my newest joystick, the HORI RAP Noir, it's pretty obvious that the Qanba Pearl is the best platform overall. With better material and layout (HORI is just a plastic box with a heavy metal bottom) it feels much stronger, longer and shorter so it sits comfortably on your lap without squeezing your legs. , and like HORI, everything is easy to set up.
