I sleep well with him but I don't like wrestling when he gets in and out of bed because he is very heavy. Coverage and quality are very good. I think it would be better for those sleeping alone.

Very nice pillow! It's very soft, so if you're looking for something hard, you'll have to bend it in half to get some strength. The included pillowcase is incredibly hard even after multiple washes. We bought other pillowcases which were softer and fit perfectly.
