These do not close! You have to double-knot them to even try to keep the items inside from falling out! They're all like that - the strings have no elasticity, so they don't tighten. So pretty BUT the bags appear to have been put together very poorly. Most bags don't close at all because the ribbon/lace thread is misplaced. Therefore, when trying to close the bag, there are huge awkward gaps in the upper part, it looks very cheap. It's not even worth trying to disassemble and fix as I have to pry out my sewing tools.
