Ideal for indoor use

Works great. It's nice to have different sizes available when making my projects. Does not completely cover the connection. Do not use in damp or wet locations, or where the plug may come into contact with earth.

Lots of heat shrink tips to last a lifetime

The quality is just great and the heat shrink tubing works well. I used them in an automotive application where I wanted to simply replace the backup camera. worked fine

Pretty decent for terminals

I wish the shrink part that covered the actual metal area had a little more overlap. I bought these to connect various things on my Jeep, as I drive it off road I ended up using regular heat shrink tubing over it to provide protection.

Just won't work: Crimps

I bought the tool from the same brand and out of about 20 crimps only 2 or 3 were good. And the only way to get good crimps is to use the wrong slot on the tool. When I used a heat gun to shrink the bushing, it didn't shrink enough to make a good seal.

Good price, quality as expected.

The best set I have ordered of 4 different prime options. For those complaining about potential shorts, change your technique. Don't heat the receptacle connector caps enough to shrink them, they will cover the spade connectors nicely if you don't heat them, or heat just enough to even out the shrinkage a bit.

didn't work with shovel

I sent them back with the crimping tool I was supposed to work with. In fact, I bought the exact crimping tool they were meant to be used with and each wire pulled out with ease. The crimping tool will not fully crimp these connectors. These connectors had to be crimped very flat to hold the 20AWG wire. In the end I gave up the whole system. These connectors may work with a different crimping system.

Despite the description, the wires slip out of these

Although I've read one star product reviews of cables slipping out, I have attributed this to user error and not a defective product. Almost immediately the wires slipped out of the connector when the blade terminal was pulled out of the socket. I use a crimping tool and even hammer the connectors after crimping to ensure a tight fit. Although hammering improved performance, the ratio between those who held and those who didn't was still 70/30.

Doesn't hold crimp.

I've never had luck with wire scoops, but this proves that even the simplest of products can be ruined. After proper assembly, between 50 and 70% of all knives can be easily detached from the wire, even with a special crimping tool. The attached photo shows the latest practice in using paddles to get a good crimp. I have used the same wire crimping machines on many other projects and they have worked great with all of the other products. I'm not sure if the metal in these shovels is too thin or

Not worth mentioning despite the low price.

this is absolute garbage. They do not meet any requirement to hold the wire tightly and to seal the gap between the wire and the connector. It pulls out when pulled to break the connection and it cannot close the gap because the diameter of heat shrink tubing is the same for 22GA or 10GA wires. So while still running at 10GA, 18-22GA heatshrink tubing is starting to melt because it can't shrink that much. Even when compared to another brand from China (which also wasn't as good as the sea…
