Ideal for disposable razor blades.

If you're like me, you shave every other day. I will not use the blade again. The blades are cheap enough for one-time use. The capacity says it holds over 300 blades which is more than enough for me. It's a great accessory to put in the bathroom with my shaving set and helps keep blades out of the trash. This jar is metal and if you want to throw away the blades after it's full, remove the bottom plate and throw away. Great item that will last a long time.

πŸ‘ Safety razor - Men's

Very nice! It is made of thin metal similar to that used for cookie cutters. The bottom part is a bit tricky to remove with short nails, but it only took about 15 seconds. It seems strong enough so I'm sure it won't break easily. The only issue I have is that the metal is such a shiny, black material that fingerprints are easily visible. This is not usually a problem as it is usually only installed next to the sink.

Perfect solution! for men

I just got on the bus with that safety razor everyone was talking about. I love it! No more spending huge amounts of money on razor cartridges and the reduction in waste is amazing! I'm glad that little shaving canister is so cheap because in my area they require you to tape the canister shut when it's full and toss it all in the metal trash can. This little pot is pretty roomy though and I use 2 razors max per month so I expect it will take me quite a while to fill it up (I might say a year or

Safely keeps old blades in one place

I've switched to a double-edged razor for shaving, but I've tried many razors and worried about the safety (and inconvenience) of just tossing them in the trash. Luckily, this blade disposal bin is perfect for my needs. It's small enough to tuck in a drawer and out of the way, but big enough to hold a couple of razors. The best part is that it keeps metal razors out of my kids/garbage collectors hands! When the case is full I can easily dispose of all the blades at once instead of throwing them

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

This is a good safety item that I highly recommend even if you live alone. If you have a family or young people in the house, this is a must. I threw some double-edged blades in my sister's trash can when I was visiting her. Once she climbed into a jug and cut herself badly. Dual-blade razors offer several advantages over Gillette and other imitations that are widely available. There's a reason marketers often talk about the razor/razor blade model. Double-edged blades don't have this…

  • Many will do
