Great solution - even better customer service

We have used Quark's UpAbsence for about 1 year now as our HR system with an excellent support team that really help us out when we had any doubts or questions! I can't say anything bad at all :) Sometimes it is hard to read through everything in order to know what your current status is etc., so it would probably be good if there was some kind of calendar where you could select what days / weeks are currently active, inactive, sick etc. At least then you'd see which employees are currently…

Easy way keep track if employees attendance

The system is easy to use with all of our staff being able to see their own absence data in one place. There are some areas where it could be improved but this would require an additional cost for development which we do not have at present time. We were looking for something that was simple, reliable and did everything we wanted - so far nothing else comes close! It's also very good value for money given its ease-of-use compared to other systems out there. Having access to your employee…
